About Me
My name is Natalja, I am a certified Gestalt therapist with my own private practice.
I love people and I love working with people. I’ve been doing it for over 25 years, building strong cohesive teams and leading them through times of crises and success.
I’ve come to Gestalt therapy through Zen Buddhism, existentialism, bodywork. They allowed me discover new ways to relate to myself through the connection of my body and mind, as well as through exploring my boundaries in relationships with other people.
Today I use all this experience to work with clients in a supportive and compassionate way, helping them get rid of a range of distressing symptoms and start living life to its fullest.
